One of my favorite things to do is to redo old work. This project originally came from a branding class in college.

The goal was to brand a coffee shop who wanted to portray a no-frills attitude. In class, I made the decision to highlight “no-frills” by using the modern retro look of the 1950s, while throwing hints of sarcasm to keep with the attitude the brand was supposed to have.

However, my style and skills have changed over the years. I wanted to push the attitude boundaries farther, using colorful language to add humor and kept things simple with a black and white color scheme.

this is a slow work in progress.
